The Community Impact Council of Mesa County (CIC) strengthens Mesa County nonprofits and increases their impact by providing a collective voice for advocacy and forum for education and collaboration.
In light of the upcoming election, the CIC created its first Voter Guide that addresses the future of nonprofits and the people they serve under newly elected leadership in November 2020. The CIC asked candidates in local, state, and federal races for their responses to two nonprofit-related questions.
This Guide presents a non-biased forum for candidates to express their qualifications and platforms on issues affecting the communities and people of Mesa County. The CIC does not endorse any candidates. Their unedited responses are presented as submitted.
