We are Hiring Monitoring Interns and a Riparian Restoration Strike Team!
We are recruiting two Riparian Monitoring Stewardship Interns and two Riparian Restoration Strike Team crew members. These positions are in partnership with the Western Colorado Conservation Corps (WCCC) and will be based in the Grand Junction, CO area. The positions will support the restoration efforts of the Desert Rivers Collaborative, a multi-stakeholder riparian restoration partnership. These are great opportunities for college students, recent graduates, and anyone trying to get a foot in the door of the restoration world. All training is provided.

Western Colorado Conservation Corps


WCCC recruits young adults and youth ages 17-25 to complete service projects on public lands in western Colorado. WCCC Crew Members work on the health and accessibility of these lands through projects such as: building and maintaining trails, fuel mitigation, fence construction and maintenance, invasive species removal, habitat restoration, and other conservation related projects in backcountry and front country settings. WCCC recruits youth from local western Colorado communities, as well as nationally. Crews typically work 4 10-hour days a week. from 7am to 5pm.
