Join RiversEdge West for a volunteer planting event and Adopt-A-Tree Celebration with the City of Grand Junction on December 3, 2026 from 12:00-2:00 pm.
At this event we will be planting native species and caging native plants. This will help restore riverside habitat and support native wildlife species.
Light snacks and drinks will be provided. Work will all be outside, so please bring water, proper work attire (we recommend pants, close-toed shoes, and long sleeves), and sun protection. Specialized tools will be provided, but you may also bring your own.
The event will be at Playa Dos Rios along Dos Rios Rd in Grand Junction. You can find directions to parking here.
This is a free event, but registration/rsvp is required.
