Join RiversEdge West for a volunteer planting event with the Bureau of Reclamation on September 17, 2025 from 9 am - 11 am.
At this event we plant native species with the Bureau of Reclamation. In addition we may be pulling weeds, cutting back invasive plants, planting native species, caging native species.
Light snacks and coffee will be provided. Work will all be outside, so please bring water, proper work attire (we recommend pants, close-toed shoes, and long sleeves), and sun protection. Specialized tools will be provided, but you may also bring your own.
The event will be at BOR's Grand Junction Wildlife Area at 337 25 3/4 Rd. We will meet at the public parking lot here.
