Join RiversEdge West for a volunteer event with the Bureau of Reclamation on April 23, 2026 from 9 am - 11 am.
At this event we will be planting native species and caging native plants. This will help restore riverside habitat and support native wildlife species.
Light snacks and coffee will be provided. Work will all be outside, so please bring water, proper work attire (we recommend pants, close-toed shoes, and long sleeves), and sun protection. Specialized tools will be provided, but you may also bring your own.
The event will be at BOR's Grand Junction Wildlife Area at the corner of D Rd and 31 Rd. We will meet at the parking area at the intersection of 31 Rd and Sunnyside Cir here.
