Join the Grand Valley Paddling Club, The Gear Junction, and Mesa County Public Works for the 19th Annual Colorado River Cleanup on Saturday, September 9th! Last year over 48 yards of trash were cleaned from the river. Help us beat that number this year!

Join RiversEdge West at the River Park at Las Colonias on Saturday, September 9th from 8 am - 10 am for a volunteer event to plant native plants! We may also assist with other duties including weeding and trash pick-up.
The Dolores River Restoration Partnership and RiversEdge West have long performed treatments on invasive Russian olive, tamarisk, Siberian elk, and Russian knapweed on this site and has seen natural extensive regrowth of desirable native plant species.
